The Live Sandakan Baccarat Room on p00 puts a dedicated baccarat table in front of you with a live dealer, physical card draws and a full betting panel — no random-number simulation, just the pace and structure of a real baccarat hand. Access is subject to local law and available where eligible in Malaysia.
Live Sandakan Baccarat Room follows standard punto banco rules — you back either the Player hand, the Banker hand, or a Tie before each shoe deal. The betting timer counts down on screen; once it closes, the dealer draws cards and the result is settled automatically.
A countdown timer displayed above the felt marks the exact window for placing or adjusting chips. When it reaches zero the dealer begins drawing, so placing chips early gives you time to review the Pair side-bet zones before the window closes.
The room uses standard punto banco drawing rules — the dealer follows a fixed card-draw chart, so neither the Player nor Banker position is a human strategic choice. This keeps rounds consistent and allows you to focus entirely on where to place your chips.
Banker Pair and Player Pair sit in separate chip zones on the digital felt overlay. You can cover both a main hand and one or both Pair bets in the same round. Each zone lights up when it is within the betting window and dims once the round is locked.
After the final card is drawn the table software resolves all active bets at once. The amount won is added straight to your account wallet, and the round history chip in the corner logs the outcome so you can track the recent shoe sequence.

In portrait mode the dealer feed anchors at the top of the screen and the chip selection row sits at the thumb zone — Player, Banker and Tie zones are large enough to tap cleanly without pinching. Switching to landscape pushes the feed to fill the left panel while the full betting layout expands on the right, giving you both the card draw and the side-bet zones at the
If something unexpected happens mid-round — a disconnection, a chip placement that did not register, or a result that does not match your bet — there are clear paths to raise it without losing the context of the hand. The round ID shown in the table corner is your reference: note it before reaching out, as our support team uses it to pull the hand record directly.
Every hand in the Live Sandakan Baccarat Room carries a unique round ID displayed in the table corner. Copy this before contacting support — it lets the team retrieve the exact card draw and settlement record for that specific hand without delay.
The live chat widget is reachable while the table is open. If the dealer feed freezes or a side bet does not appear settled correctly, open the chat without closing the table — the session stays active in the background while you describe the issue.
After each round the settlement posts to your account wallet and appears in the transaction log under the baccarat category. If a payout looks incorrect, the log entry is the starting point — share the timestamp and round ID with support for the fastest resolution.
A live baccarat room earns trust through the things you can observe directly — a real dealer following a published drawing chart, a shoe that is physically shuffled on camera, and a rules panel that spells out exactly what each bet pays. We point to these observable mechanics rather than making claims we cannot put in front of you.
Cards are drawn from a physical shoe by the live dealer — you watch every draw on the feed. The punto banco drawing chart is fixed and the dealer follows it without discretion, so the outcome of each hand is determined by the shoe, not a random-number engine.
Banker, Player, Tie and Pair payouts are printed in the rules panel inside the room. These are standard punto banco ratios confirmed before each shoe — no figure is withheld or varied mid-session.
Where the table provider has published certification information, it appears in the in-game information panel. We do not replicate or summarise it here; the panel is the authoritative source and it updates if the provider's certification status changes.
The bead road in the Live Sandakan Baccarat Room logs every outcome in the current shoe. You can compare the live sequence against your own read of the shoe — the data is the table's own, unedited and updated in real time.
Live Sandakan Baccarat Room is a dedicated live dealer table available in the p00 casino lobby. It runs the punto banco variant — the format where drawing rules are fixed and both hands resolve without player input beyond the initial chip placement. The Sandakan-themed table felt and studio design give the room a distinct local character that sets it apart from generic international baccarat tables in the lobby.
Quick definitions for the terms you will see on the table felt and in the rules panel of the Live Sandakan Baccarat Room.
Punto banco is the variant where a fixed chart determines whether a third card is drawn for each hand. Neither the Player nor Banker position makes a strategic draw decision — the chart governs it entirely, keeping every round consistent and outcome-neutral from the dealer's side.
A commission — typically 5% — is deducted from winning Banker bets because the Banker hand wins at a slightly higher statistical rate than the Player hand. The net payout after commission is 0. 95:1. The rules panel inside the room confirms the exact rate applied at this table.
A Pair side bet wins if the first two cards dealt to that position form a matched pair — same rank regardless of suit. It is placed as a separate chip zone on the felt alongside your main hand bet and settles independently once the initial two cards are revealed.
The bead road is a grid of coloured circles that records every outcome in the current shoe — blue for Banker wins, red for Player wins, green for Tie. It scrolls from left to right across the table display and resets when a new shoe begins.
A natural is when the first two cards dealt to either hand total 8 or 9. On a natural, no third card is drawn for either side and the higher total wins immediately. A natural 9 beats a natural 8; any other total requires the drawing chart to apply.
The round ID is a unique reference code generated for each hand dealt in the Live Sandakan Baccarat Room. It appears in the table interface during and after the round. Support uses this ID to retrieve the exact card draw and settlement record if you need to query an outcome.
These are the questions we see most often from people exploring the Live Sandakan Baccarat Room on p00 for the first time or returning after a break.
Open the live casino section from the main navigation, then filter by Baccarat. The Live Sandakan Baccarat Room appears as a named table card — tap or click the card to enter the room directly. If the seat is occupied at a fixed-seat table, the lobby shows the next available round time.
Yes. During the betting window the felt shows the Player, Banker and Tie zones alongside the Banker Pair and Player Pair zones. You can drop chips on any combination of these before the timer closes. Each zone settles independently so a losing main bet does not cancel a winning Pair payout.
If the connection drops after the betting window closes, the round completes on the server side and the result is settled to your account wallet regardless of your connection state. When you reconnect, the transaction log shows the settled outcome. Note the round ID before reconnecting and contact live chat if anything looks incorrect.
The full payout table — including the Tie ratio and both Pair side bet ratios — is in the rules panel inside the Live Sandakan Baccarat Room. Open it from the information icon on the table interface. The ratios are fixed for the session and match the standard punto banco conventions confirmed when the room launched.
The room loads in a mobile browser without any download needed. In portrait mode the chip row sits at the thumb zone and the dealer feed anchors above it. Switching to landscape gives you the split layout — feed on the left, full betting panel on the right. Both orientations keep the bet timer visible.
The room uses a Sandakan-themed table felt and studio design that gives it a distinct local character compared to the generic international tables elsewhere in the lobby. The game rules and drawing chart are standard punto banco across all tables — the difference is in the room's atmosphere, felt design and the specific side-bet configuration offered here.
